Please note that this owner refused to pay for utilities that were rightfully charged to him after it was discovered that the developer had linked up the incorrect meter to the incorrect unit.
The owner was invited to a trustee meeting more than two months ago and to this day has not provided the alleged correspondence that he had with regard to his issue. Even the trustees have closed this case and found that the owner owed the money. The owner has subsequently paid the outstanding utility amount in full.
