*****ulent Lumeo products

I purchased the Lumeo headlamps and key chains through Takealot. The marketing statement was that “if it doesn’t say Lumeo then it’s not Lumeo”. The product states clearly on the box “original Lumeo headlamp” and “original Lumeo keychain lamp”. Photographic proof available. None of the products purchased had the name Lumeo anywhere to be found. I contacted Zak at Lumeo and he undertook to sort it out with Takealot. No successful resolution was reached. I returned the products to Takealot for a credit. I was informed by them that the products arrived from the supplier already labelled on the box. This means I was misled by the supplier. I was **** to. The product does not achieve the runtimes as advertised. The lights fade within one hour and are completely flat in one and half hours. Dismally failing the 3,5 hour run time claimed. A very disappointing product. Made even more so by the *****ulent advertising and marketing of the product. It doesn’t do what it claims to do. The “thousands of happy clients” is very misleading. I was looking for products to buy my extensive client list in the mining industry. This is not that product. I will never buy another Lumeo product again.
