Online purchases not delivered in time.

I ordered a Lumeo Pro headlamp on the monday the 9th of December. The order was confirmed on the same day and on the 10th I got confirmation that it is on its way to me in Pretoria via Skynet. Today is the 20th And I have not received anything yet. This is by far the worst service and I will think twice before recommending them or buying from them again.
