Lumeo - Worst after sales service!!!!

I was very happy with purchase of this lamp, wanted to order 6 more for family members, but picked up that the front LED strip on my first order was giving me trouble. After about 20 mails of begging someone to contact me, I am now forced to report here. Absolutely unacceptable after sales service!!!!
