Lumeo NON-DELIVERY AND FAILURE TO REFUND

I am writing this to warn others about my experience with Lumeo. I placed Order #48035 on 23 July 2026 and paid R3,198.00 upfront. After waiting over a month with absolutely no delivery, I cancelled the order on 1 September 2026. Zak rep****, confirming that the refund was processed and assured me that the funds would reflect in my account within a few working days. It has now been nearly two weeks, and no money has been refunded. I sent a formal notice to Lumeo on 9 September to demand my funds, but this has been completely ignored. This is shocking and unacceptable business practice. Avoid this company at all costs!
