Poor service

I bought an OTT voucher via my FNB App on 28 October. It did not work. I chatted to Lulabet customer support who admitted the fault was on their side but cannot reimburse me. I'm not asking for free deposit. I simply want what I paid for. I doubt Lulabet will do anything about this
