Lulabet :worst site in South Africa
Lulabet is the worst site I've ever seen in my life, firstly their slots are so rigged,, I have in 12 years playing online NEVER EVER SEEN SOMETHING LIKE THIS,, people if you value your money then stay away from this looser site believe me it will just end up in tears,, they are rigged, and you cannot ever win on this site

Lulabet,,,, much better than most online sites
For the first time in years I found a site that is LEGIT AND NOT ONLY TO TAKE AND TAKE LIKE 99% OF Sites, and their site is easy to understand, and have a good variety of games and their online support are super fast to help,,, the one and only thing why I don't give them 5 stars is their withdrawals,,,, that is way to slow and way to long to wait for your winnings,, if they can change it to get your winnings in minutes like most sites I would have definitely gave them 5 stars

Missing bonus and lying customer care
Good day My username is XPhetlhe, . On the 13th of this month my i made a deposit of R6000 and added bonus code Laduma_S. The deposit went through however the bonus was not accredited i then tried again with my R20000 and it said bonus invalid or already app**** i am not sure , chat services at that time was unavailable and so i couldnt get help. Today i queried this with Baldr, who is by far the biggest gaslighter. He informed that the reason it couldn't be app**** was because I had used in my previous payment Laduma_c , he said it was a betting metric and both could not be used even though once I had used one the other bonus was still under my available bonuses, I asked if that could be looked into as no such was said under terms and conditions he decided to lie on your company call and said both couldn't be used and let this be a lesson learned , he went as far as to intimidate me by saying I shouldn't bother following it up as he deals with all of these queries and he will reject it later . I decided to call his bluff today and test it . Today I used promo code diamond_c and deposited 199 and the subsequent bonus was available. Once I had finished that amount I deposited again and used diamond_s and deposited 100 of which the bonus was allocated. How strange because as he put it , wasn't in the betting matrix. I would like the bonus to be allocated and this Baldr guy looked into for lying , manipulation and horrible customer care . As a betting site how do you allow your workers to flat out lie and intimidate client's with reasonable complaints that should or can be fixed . Please can somebody fix all of this. Kind Regards

This company don't even deserve a 1 star. People they take your money and if you lucky to win you can't even withdrawal the funds from FNB wallet. Says incorrect pin or number. They are ****mers.

I will be contacting the ombudsman and gambling board with proof on Monday. There is also a pyramid system in your app. U did not once requested a id,proof of residence or banking confirmation. This is not a gaming platform it's exploitation.

Lulu bet the worst casino
I got a sign up bonus of R168. Was told to deposit R350 when I wanted to withdraw my winnings of R25000. Then wad told to deposit R550. Then I discovered when they didn't pass the withdrawal that my bank account number was incorrect they now want me to deposit R2400 to get just my R900 back.
