No loyalty

I loaded an OTT voucher on 2 December. It did not go through and it expired, as per the lulabet website. I queried this with Lulabet. I obviously don't keep all my voucher slips. Who does? As a loyal client they could have at least credited the R10 deposit to my account. I won't hold my breath.
