Missing bonus and lying customer care

My username is XPhetlhe, . On the 13th of this month my i made a deposit of R6000 and added bonus code Laduma_S. The deposit went through however the bonus was not accredited i then tried again with my R20000 and it said bonus invalid or already app**** i am not sure , chat services at that time was unavailable and so i couldnt get help. Today i queried this with Baldr, who is by far the biggest gaslighter. He informed that the reason it couldn't be app**** was because I had used in my previous payment Laduma_c , he said it was a betting metric and both could not be used even though once I had used one the other bonus was still under my available bonuses, I asked if that could be looked into as no such was said under terms and conditions he decided to lie on your company call and said both couldn't be used and let this be a lesson learned , he went as far as to intimidate me by saying I shouldn't bother following it up as he deals with all of these queries and he will reject it later . I decided to call his bluff today and test it . Today I used promo code diamond_c and deposited 199 and the subsequent bonus was available. Once I had finished that amount I deposited again and used diamond_s and deposited 100 of which the bonus was allocated. How strange because as he put it , wasn't in the betting matrix. I would like the bonus to be allocated and this Baldr guy looked into for lying , manipulation and horrible customer care . As a betting site how do you allow your workers to flat out lie and intimidate client's with reasonable complaints that should or can be fixed . Please can somebody fix all of this. Kind Regards
