Against TCF

I made 2 deposits today for R10 and R39 and was not given my bonus, as per their promotion. I was told, telephonically, this will be escalated to the bonus department. During this delay I'm made to wait for my bonus which is not treating customers fairly. I've earned my bonus and it should rightfully be awarded to me.
