Unsatisfactory

On April 24, 2025, I purchased a T-shirt from Lufiano Apparel at Menlyn Maine. After only one wearing, the shirt is exhibiting significant tearing, inconsistent with its new condition. Despite reporting this defect, which appears to be a manufacturing flaw, to the store, I was informed that no recourse was available due to the garment having been worn. This resolution is unsatisfactory given the apparent factory defect.
