Poor Customer service from a Defective Lufiano Lace-Up Shoes

On 26 August 2025, I purchased a pair of 204 Lufiano Lace-Up shoes through your online store, unaware that the leather was defective. On 09 October 2025, while putting on the right shoe using the shoehorn that came with the pair, the leather tore slightly at the back due to its poor quality.

I immediately sent an email on 10 October 2025 to report the defect. Unfortunately, your response attributed the damage to improper shoe care. However, I believe the issue stems from a manufacturing defect in the leather rather than misuse, as the shoes were handled with appropriate care and only used for a short period.
