Good day,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
We are sorry to hear that your recent gaming experience has not met your expectations. We understand how disappointing it can be to experience a prolonged period without significant wins, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
Please be advised that all games available on the Lucky Fish platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This means that every spin and game round is completely random and independent of previous outcomes. As a result, neither Lucky Fish nor the game providers can predict, influence, or manipulate the outcome of any game.
While winning opportunities are built into the games, there is no guarantee of a win within a specific number of spins, and it is possible to experience periods where winnings are infrequent or lower than expected. Similarly, bonus features such as free spins are triggered randomly, and the rewards generated from these features can vary significantly from one game round to another.
We encourage you to explore different games, betting markets, and entertainment options available on our platform, as each game offers unique mechanics and payout structures. However, it is important to remember that gambling should always be viewed as a form of entertainment and not as a means of generating income.
Should you feel that your gambling experience is becoming frustrating or overwhelming, we encourage you to make use of the responsible gambling tools available on our website
Remember, it's more fun when it's fun. Play Responsibly!
