Rotten fish, not lucky fish

I recently registered myself for a lucky fish online gaming account, after seeing an ad on local tv. After registration, I was offered a R50 bonus voucher, however, I was unable to use the voucher and was requested to rica my account, which I did. After following all the registration instructions, which included, ID uploads, selfie uploads and banking details, I still could not use the R50 bonus. This site is showing red flags all over the show, eventhough its been approved by the Western Cape gambling board. Clearly there is major *******ion at place here with this site, just as ******* as the South African government. Definitely a no no.
