I need help with Lucky fish betting, I've been ****** my winnings

Hello peter, kindly help me with Lucky fish betting, I'm a client who admit when they lost, as I know gambling it's all about risks. But what transpired today broke me. I was betting aviator R88 and R80 my normal cashout is X5 and X 10 always. Even my history tell since I started playing that game. I made a cashout of R440 with a bet of R88 which is times 5. Than cashout time 10 with R80 which is R800, the hurting part it the site had a problem it said something went wrong with both my cashouts. I can't say it's my network, cause after that I still made another bet. If the problem was on my side I wouldn't be able to place another bet. I'm writing this with tears, I need my winnings they should be credited to me. And on their side they say it doesn't show a cashout, it shows that the plane crashed at X11, of which I didn't let it fly upto there. I feel so ****** cause alone gambling it's a risk, but it's hurts risking something and not get the winnings that were supposed to be mine. Kindly help me get my money back
