The most pathetic customer service experience

The customer errvuce in this company is absolutely pathetic. *********** staff, no etiquette when it come to phone manner, their knowledge in the industry they are in as absolutely shocking. To top it off try contacting them outside of office hours when your internet is down, which reseller has no after hours support. My fiber has been down 4 times in the last few weeks, takes 3 days for a response then for some one to be sent out. This company is a joke since Bongani left.
