Pathetic Service

just nowNEW-Edit So glad to finally be done with Lucert! Their customer service is non-existant. They charge you for stuff without prior notice and then cut off your service for non-payment despite numerous emails being sent to query the charge. Their ticketing system just sends automated response and tickets get closed with no resolution. There is no after hours support, so if you are down you will remain down until you can get hold of technical support on the next working day. Dont waste your time sending emails or whatsapp as they do not respond. You have to make endless calls before you get assited. Pathethic Service!!!
