Never use Lucert Group ISP

This company is a company of ******* , they expect you to pay for no service.

My service was blocked for a period at the beginning of November 2019 because i had not paid which is understandable, then i paid on the 25th of November for December. They theb cut ny service on 9 December stating the amount i paid was for November . How can one pay for no service received.They are ********* preying on hardworking people
