Lucert technology fiber service is horrid

Shocking response as to why my 10mb fiber line, never goes pass 3mb upload and download.... Lucert: "too many people use it so they can't assist, pay R250 to upgrade your line to a 25mb, but there's no guarantee that you will get anywhere near those speeds"
