Lucert group - Pathetic

PATHETIC. Horrible customer service, consultants do not get back to you on queries which makes sense since the don't care attitude goes all the way up to the "CEO". Constant internet interruptions with no justifiable reason. They recently blame it on load shedding while others in the same complex have internet connectivity. I would not recommend them at all. At least they are consistent with invoicing!
