Disappointing ISP experience. The inconsistent network stability created disruptions in our organization's operations, which negatively impacted our brand. The system is also not user friendly, and cannot be accessed in real time. The customer service relations deteriorated when it became clear that they were not concerned about quality of service given. The repeated reasonable SLA breaches created a lot of frustration and anxiety in most instances, which inevitably broke down trust.
