LTO TELECOMS NO SIGNAL

My Wifi has been giving problems which I have continuously communicated that with the company. Promises have been made but no show up. In January I was promised a technician which only arrived in Feb after I had to constantly call and remind them. Last week I was told a technician will come on Monday and they did not. Tuesday I was told they will come before 11 and they did not. This device loses signal 3-4 times a day.

Exactly what am I paying for? Horrible service.
