Worst service very disappointed

Good day , I am very unhappy and very much disappointed with the service that I got from your online and delivery services , I bought my friend a gift for her birthday a week ago and it was meant to be delivered at her work place two days after, she got a call from the guy saying he will be there to deliver before 5:30 , that time passed and my friend followed up on the driver only for him to tell her that he is no longer coming through so she will have to wait tomorrow he will come through ,the next day it was another story after another , then the big bomb dropped yesterday when we were told the package was delivered at a wrong address in dairnfern and we don’t understand how did this package get to there while we wrote the cresta address , this is the worst experience and thank you for ruining my friend’s birthday gift , you people are very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase anything with you
