WORST SERVICE!

Not happy with the service received from Lovisa. I ordered jewllery from them online and I'm still waiting for my order to be delivered. Their call center number doesn't work. You receive generic emails from the customer care as well as their Facebook messenger. They can't give me any update as to when I will receive my order only that it is with the courier company. Very quick to take ones money but can't assist you when you have a problem! They give me a number for the courier company but that number is incorrect. This is the WORST service I have ever received! Please don't order from Lovisa online, it's a ****!!!
