Worst refund experience ever!!

Worst experience ever at Lovisa in East Rand Mall. I go into Lovisa to return two items to the value of R460. Greeted as if I was disturbing their conversation. Asked how did I pay. I say debit card. I get asked for a credit card as they don’t have cash to do a refund. I don’t have a credit card. Teller, wouldn’t give me her name, but was wearing a green checkered coat and bling mask. She tells me well I must take my items as they don’t have cash. When I asked to speak to a manager I got the response ‘what’s she going to do about it, where will she get the money’. I refuse to leave with my item just to come back another day because you cannot sort out the issue. I ask in store if anyone is paying cash (store was full by the way) - teller laughs at me! The audacity!!!! I am beyond furious! I want to speak to either the store manager or the head office. I refuse to be treated in that way when I am a customer, spoken down to, laughed at! I will be tweeting, putting a post on hello Peter and anywhere else I can. Are you telling me that a store only carry’s R200 in their till??????? #lovisajewellery #EastRandMall #badservice
