Worst online shopping experience ever!!!!

One star is really actually overrated. I ordered cartilage piercing online, as the ones I was looking for was R 275 in-store and only R82,50 online. For the same piercings mind you! On 28 January I had to enquire about my order as I have not received a shipping message at that stage. Only to be informed that my order was picked, but awaiting collection for shipment.

On 4 February I again had to enquire, as there was still no shipping message. Only to be informed that there was no new update to my order. I ordered other stuff after this purchase from a different company, and received it within 5 days.

I will never make use of Lovisa online again. And will leave a bad review wherever I see online purchase adverti*****ts and will advice everybody to never buy from you. There is no client service, no nothing. It is beyond pathetic.
