Where is my remaining items ?

I placed an order about 3 weeks ago for 6 items - it has taken Dawn wing 10 days to deliver firstly. Secondly, I received my order today and there were only 2 items in the parcel! so you are telling me I waited 2 weeks for damn 2 items ! what the hell, how can a service be this ridiculous!

I need to know where is the remaining items I paid for and how to plan on rectifying your delivery process and warehouse! customer service rating is definitely a zero from my opinion
