Very unhappy.

My experience at Lovisa Jewellery Woodlands Boulevard was entirely horrible. The staff were very rude from the get-go. I wanted to pay with two gift cards and my bank card. The two cashiers looked as if they did not really know what they were doing and did not follow protocol. They used my card first and then tried the gift cards which declined for some reason. They then went on to explain that I am lying about the balances on the gift cards and that it’s my fault. They did not print a receipt so they could not refund me the R350 they used on my bank card. The two cashiers spoke in another language thinking I couldn’t understand them but I do, and they spoke about me (the customer) and were being rude. They proceeded to ignore me and not deal with my complaint. Only to after 30 mins have another lady, Ntabiseng help me and she was available to fix the complaint and use my gift cards. Very unhappy. So grateful for Ntabiseng as she was the only lady that was understanding, wasn’t rude and helped me.
