Very disappointed - Lovisa Tygervalley

Tygervalley branch. Got two helix ear piercings. Discussed placement with the lady, even had her draw where I wanted the holes. She messed the placement of both ears up terribly. And I was just told to let it heal and then get it repierced. I have to waste my money again because their piercers do not know how to pierce properly? I've always loved Lovisa but they have definitely lost a loyal customer.
