USELESS, UNPROFESSIONAL AND A LOAD OF ****

i will never in my life order from these people again, and who ever answered their phone and directed me to customer service, you need to go back to school because apparently you do not know what the word manners or work ethic means!!! I had to phone in 6 days after placing a order to remind customer service to send my order!! Useless!!!!
