Unjust treatment from Lovisa staff

Absolutely ATROCIOUS service from the two ladies that were on duty on the afternoon/evening of Wednesday 04 July. These two ladies had the worst approach to myself aswell as my friend. Firstly, it seemed as though when I asked for help it was a problem and she sighed when she had to get up to help me, at first, she never bothered getting up but rather threw her hands around to point the direction in which I should go in, however her attitude didn’t even help because I couldn’t make out where she was indicating to. Eventually another lady helped me and she was probably worse. Not a way in which customers should be treated AT ALL. When the manager was standing there doing absolutely nothing she came to us and said “I am shocked because I don’t know what you guys actually don’t understand”, and almost shouted at us trying to stipulate what we can and can’t buy on the specific sale. I am disgusted by this and my shopping experience at Lovisa in a hemmingways mall was not a pleasant one and I refuse to put my foot back in that shop. They need to be reprimanded accordingly because that treatment towards a customer is unacceptable and unjust.
