Unhappy customer

Unhappy customer I have bought from one of their stores on two separate occasions I checked the size of the jewellery twice before I purchased it when I got home to replace my piercing jewellery the size that was on the box was incorrect I have spent R640 at the store for my piercing and I was told there is nothing they can do about this
