Unfriendly staff, no receipt, no reply from customer service

Absolutely pathetic service from Lovisa Rosebank. I spent R710 and was told to write my email address on a sticky note and they’d email my receipt to me. The lady at the till was very unfriendly. This was on the 4th of April and I have STILL NOT received my receipt. I sent an email to head office via their website where it says they will get back to you within 24-48 hours. It has been a week and I have still not heard back from. I am absolutely appalled by their lack of customer service and I definitely will NOT be visiting them again any time soon.
