Terrible worse service

Terrible service from their online customer service. I bought earrings for my daughter 9 days ago and im still waiting for delivery when I call the customer service they even lie on behalf of the courier company. Then continue to say the solution here will just to give me my R200rands. Woooow please never buy from lovisa online. This is a friendly warning there are many jewelery shops with very good service.
