Terrible piercing experience

I went into Lovisa on Sunday to get a new piercing. The lady put a dot to mark the hole but on the one side she was pulling my earlobe while piercing and it ended up causing the piercing to go in diagonally. Therefore I had to take out the piercing so that it could heal and I could try again. I tried emailing, calling, live chatting with Lovisa to get a gift card (not even asking for my money back!!!!) so that once my ears have healed from the ****py job I can try again but obviously don't want pay again.
