Terrible online shopping service

Ordered from Lovisa South Africa online on 27-11-2020. Received an email 2 weeks later that my order was cancelled, when I enquired about this Sara from customer service assured me that it was a mistake and that my order will be shipped as normal. More than a month later I am still waiting for my order and my emails are not rep**** and phone calls not answered.
