Terrible delivery service

I made an order online but did not get it. On the tracking system at first said my address was invalid then I called to give my address and their courier service called me to confirm the address. They sent me a text saying my order will be delivered between 8-5 but it's 6pm and no order when I try to call their courier after five it says it's outside of business hours. I tried calling Lovisa contact centre but I was on the phone 10 minutes waiting for someone and I gave up.
