Swollen earlobe

I took my daughter to Lovisa Clearwater for her ears to be pierced. They tried to pierce the same ear 3 times because it was not going through. Eventually the earring went through but now she has a swollen earlobe and is in pain. It was horrible experience for my little girl who just wanted her ears to look pretty. I definitely would not recommend anyone to go there!!
