STAY AWAY WITH YOUR BABIES!!

I am UTTERLY DISGUSTED in Lovisa’s staff who pierced my 8 month old baby’s ears. The one lady was professional and knew what she was doing, but the other lady had NO CLUE! She completely missed the mark that we made, and pierced so skew that we had to take out the earring and pierce again on my already traumatised baby.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I couldn’t calm my baby. Afterwards she was non-caring about the fact that she made a mess of the piercing, and did exactly the same on the next baby girl.

This is unacceptable for staff that is supposed to be trained in piercing. She is definitely NOT TRAINED! PLEASE don’t take your baby to get her piercing done at Lovisa Woodlands, they made a mess with my baby girl.
