SHOCKED AND APPALLED

Every month I buy a few pieces of jewellery at lovisa Somerset Mall so today ( 10 April) I go into the store looking at their wide range of jewellery next to me there is a lady busy with the rings, she and a man is having a conversation she is standing close to me she sees that I want to get something that is by her head she does not move, thinking its customer I move along, as I walk away I see that she is not shopping she is actually scanning the rings I walked over to the manager I asked her if the lady works there she sayed yes and asked why. I just said nevermind and walked away, without me saying anything the manager walks over and asked the lady just to mind as I clearly want to get something the lady anwered no I am busy scanning. The manager then left -maybe she is a new manager or just a manager on duty -because the lady was also rude to her. I thought no I do want the 2 pairs that is hanging there so I went over and the man walked around me, now I am in the middle of them and they are still having their own conversation very akward. I asked her if she can just stand closer to him beacause its akward with me in the middle. She looked at me laughed and said he is a custoner how dare I talk to her like that when she is doing her job, stunned I said I dont mind her talking I just dont want to be in the middle, then she said that she is helping him to add he did not look at one piece of jewellery and that conversation sounded like two friends laughing and giggling I aksed again if she could just move so I can get the the piece of the wall I would like to purchas something. she said she is busy and I can reach around. Shocked I walked to the manager and said that I hope she will have a talk to her, the manager reply was that she cant do much as it never really happens. Well it happend to me right infront of her and she did nothing. If that was one of my emplyees I would have definitely had more than a few words. Walking in the mall I actually ran into the male "customer" surprise surprise no lovisa bag so no purchase from him.
