sarcastic behavior, bad service!!

Shame on Eastgate Lovisa. not only for bad service but also selling cheap flimsy jewelry , expensively priced.

I purchased a pair of alleged gold plated earrings, for almost R300. It was obviously sealed. when i opened up the item, and tried to put them on, the portion that should hook into the other section, was stuck and would not go in. In the process it bent slightly. I took it back in its original packaging with the invoice. As soon as I explained the situation, the cashier sarcastically asked, is this how it was sold to you? the nerve! knowing that it was purchased sealed, how can you ask a stupid question unless you intend to be condescending and humiliating. The cashier then proceeded to lecture me on her not been the owner. Neither was I. If one is selling items at that prices I expect a better quality. but most, I expect you to speak with respect. and without sarcasm. They can enjoy the useless item together with the money i left behind. i hope it eats into their cash one thousand times over
