Rude & disrespectful sales lady at Lovisa

The Sales assiatant, a lady, at Tablebay mall was extremely rude and disrespectful. Firstly I had to wonder if there were any sales staff in the shop as there was nobody at the counter offering to help or assist. The lady was standing and chatting to the security guard. I was not aware that you are not allowed to fit any earing and when she suddenly appeared she was extremely rude saying I was not allowed to fit the earing and then said that now I MUST purchase the earings, which I was going to purchase in any case. When I asked what the price was she rudely pointed at the tag and continued her disgusting rude attitude. Her attitude, disrespect and rudeness put me off from Lovisa for life!
