Rude and unprofessional casket

I went to Lovisa jewellery Mall of the north today and I received such a bad service from some cashiers who told me that she was on lunch when I got to the till. Then she said I will assist u anyway , as if she’s doing me a favour. She then asked for my email I told her I prefer a print out of the receipt and she said unfortunately she won’t assist me.
