Return / swap due to Allergy

My husband bought me 2 sets of earings for Christmas, but he forgot that I am allergic to sterling silver. I can only use real studex earings. I am highly allergic, my ears swell up real bad and it becomes infected. When we went back to the shop in Bloemfontein, with the original packaging and slip, they said that they do not refund earings. I did not even open the packaging. I wanted to swap the earings for something else, bit they were so eager to get rid of us, they just said no refunds... Period!! Totally unacceptable!

Be sure to know that I will never visit any of your shops in the future and I will urge everybody to stay clear.
