Refund Policy

I have been to the Lovisa store at Menlyn Park Shopping Centre 3 times to get a refund on a purchase and every time they said they were unable to assist me because the manager was not in. Yesterday 22/06/2025 I went again and the store assistant - Puseletso advised that I must come back today Monday 23/06/2025 as the assistant manager was going to be there and would be able to assist me. I confirmed with her multiple times if I will be assisted and she gave me her word. However today when I went back the assistant manager was not there. There is a 30 day refund policy that is fast running out as the product was purchased on 29/05/2025 and it is nonsensical to me that refunds can only be authorised by the manager where the manager is never in store. It is unacceptable, nonsensical and a waste of time and fuel.
