refund

on the 4th of Jan i went to lovisa @cresta mall for a nose piercing and the next day when i woke up the earing was out and i couldn't put it back as they use wrong products for nose piercings i went back to the store for a refund and they insisted that they would do another piercing with the same earing and i was like then it would come out again they requested a slip and i told them that i threw away the slip as i didn't think this would happen and i asked them can i provide them with a bank statement as there is also prove there that i paid and the lady at lovisa was rude and told me that she cannot take my bank statement @lovisajewellery.co.za i paid R350 with no nose piercing can i get my refund ***
