Quick to catch u, slow to refund

Lovisa is so eager to make a sale with all their deals, and sales, but be careful. Getting your money back is not as easy. I purchased 2 items on a buy 2 for 220 promo. The one did not fit, when I tried to return it, I was advised to check for sizes at a different branch first. I did so, and at the second store, I also found nothing in my size. I then requested a refund...again...and after serious scrutiny of my slip, was told that the first assistant rang up the same item twice, so my slip is now incorrect for the items I have, and I cannot refund. I am now being told, tht I need to go back to the first store to correct this. What *******? The error is not mine? I requested a refund the first time, and was not given one. Had they done it then, they wld have picked up THEIR error and corrected it. Now this has become my problem. Lovisa sucks
