POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

On the 29th of march I decided to pop in by LOVISA SOMERSET MALL, upon entering the store there were two ladies one assisted me however I told the lady I only wear sterling silver she politely took me to the s/silver stand but then I told her I'm looking for something specific she did mention that the size I'm looking for they do not have and In that time she was standing with scanner and she walked away...... Point is if a store has not what a customer is looking for try and sell them something else Wich did not happen. I ended up looking around and bought something else Wich broke the very same day, as I'm making my way to the till point about to pay another customer burst infront of me puts her stuff down and pay...... Politely I took a step back shook my head but waited to pay the only reason I shook my head was because I had now a problem with the cashier almost halfway through that sale she then eventually tells the customer I was there after she stepped away the cashier did not know she was going to come back and I was there...... This was supposed to be said before she helped the customer. By the time it was my time to pay I told the lady the cashier I must say the service in this place **** now I'm already irritated first she couldn't help me properly and now you could tell the customer to wait I was before her.... This where everything starts, she started jumping in my throat saying she's just a human who am I to tell her their service is **** On top of that she shouts at me asking ja so do you want me to help you or not because I don't feel like helping you. And she walks away Then another lady approached the counter that I don't know none of them had name badges on. She couldn't even calm her friend down or colleague but she claimed she's the manager Wich I found strange. And the lady still climbing in my throat saying JA WE HAVE A STORE VISIT TODAY AND I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS. I mean I work in retail as well for more than 10years but never ever have I treated a customer nor a tenant like. I just told theady let's leave everything as is because there's other customers in the store but I will take it further. I must say I'll forever rate this store a 0 for effort 0 for service 0 for going the extra mile
