Poor service-Lovisa Canal Walk

I like Lovisa jewellery but unfortunately the service at the Canal walk branch always dissapoints.I was there today to shop the sale and to look for gifts but instead I received the worst service.I was trying to look at the one stand of jewellery and a staff member was standing there unpacking extra stock(this from a big plastic bag that was lying on the floor-already unprofessional).I stood back and waited as I know it has been busy and they also need time to replenish stock.After waiting for some time I asked if I could please have a look,I could tell that she heard me but chose to ignore me.I then asked again this time loudly,she turns to me and says that I can look but she is busy and doesn't move.Then she starts to unpack the stand and each time I step forward to get something she moves it.I mumbled under my breathe that I should contact head office,her colleague heard and told her to let me look.I was walking to the counter and she says you can look now if you want.There was so much attitude and disrespect shown that I didnt even want to be there or continue to shop.I can't understand if a customer is being polite and asks to look at something why a sales assistant would be rude and ultimately lead to loss of sales and loyalty from the customer.
