Poor service Locks’s Woodlands Boulevard, assistants charge more to line their pockets
Yesterday (21 Aug) I went to Lovisa Woodlands Boulevard, purchased a bangle (R200), paid and left. This morning when I unwrap it I see the slip charge is R240. I pack it back and take it to the store this afternoon. I walk in, welcomed by an assistant, and I tell her what the issue is. She then says, “oh so you want the R40?”, and I emphasise yes! She walks to the till, I follow her, her colleague says nothing and processes, asks for name and number, prints out a new slip, gives me to sign and hands me the R40. Wow! Are they angry that I came back? Do they make extra money this way as shop assistance? Are they not customer service trained? I work in sales too and I cannot stomach this kind of service, it’s appalling. Goodbye Lovisa.
